Consent to Personal Data Collection and Processing

I, the undersigned User, guided by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”, hereinafter referred to as the “Law”, by accepting the Public Offer on the website beksar.kz or in the application app.beksar.kz, hereby give my unconditional, specific, informed, and conscious consent to LLP “BEKSAR Consulting”, BIN 210640040053, hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”, to perform the following actions with my personal data.

1. List of Personal Data
This consent applies to all information provided by me voluntarily or collected automatically, including, but not limited to:
Identification data: full name, IIN, date and place of birth, gender, identity document details, including number, date of issue, and issuing authority.
Contact information: mobile and landline phone numbers, email addresses, legal and actual residential/location addresses.
Business data: name, BIN, bank details, information on financial activity, turnover, margins, inventory, and sales history.
Technical data: IP address, cookie data, information about the device, browser, operating system, and geolocation.

2. List of Actions with Data
I authorize the Operator to perform any actions, or operations, with my data provided for by Article 1 of the Law, both with and without the use of automation tools, namely:
collection, recording, systematization, and accumulation for the purpose of forming a database of Users;
storage and use during the established period to ensure the operation of the cloud Service;
clarification, including updating and modification, as necessary;
transfer to third parties, including banks, fiscal data operators, logistics partners, and IT partners, exclusively for the fulfillment of obligations under the Offer Agreement;
anonymization for the purposes of analytical, marketing, and statistical research;
cross-border transfer to foreign states that ensure personal data protection, within the framework of using cloud infrastructure.

3. Purposes of Collection and Processing
This consent is given for the following purposes:

• identification of the User and provision of access to the Personal Account of the Beksar Service;
• fulfillment of the terms of the Public Offer, including technical support and billing;
• financial monitoring, including assessment of solvency, transaction confirmation, and interaction with partner banks for the provision of credit or installment products;
• business analytics, including the creation of consolidated reports on market trends based on anonymized User data to improve the functionality of the Service;
• marketing communications, including informing about new features, promotions, and special offers of the Operator and its partners.

4. Term and Storage
This consent enters into force from the moment of registration, meaning Acceptance, and remains valid throughout the entire period of use of the Service and for 6 (six) years after termination of the Agreement. This period is established to comply with the requirements of the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to ensure the possibility of judicial protection of the Operator’s interests.

5. Withdrawal Procedure
I have been informed that I may withdraw this consent by sending a written application to the Operator’s address. The Operator shall stop processing and destroy the data within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, except in cases where further processing is mandatory in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or where there are unfulfilled obligations to the Operator.

6. Special Terms
I confirm that the data provided by me is accurate. I understand that the transfer of data through open communication channels, including the Internet, carries certain risks, and I accept such risks.
