Consent to Receive Informational and Promotional Communications

I, the User, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, in compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Advertising” and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”, by accepting the Public Offer on the website beksar.kz or in the application app.beksar.kz, hereby give my unconditional consent to LLP “BEKSAR Consulting”, BIN 210640040053, hereinafter referred to as the “Partnership”, to receive informational and advertising mailings, hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”, on the following terms:

1. Channels for Receiving Mailings
This Consent is given for the Partnership and its partners to send mailings through telecommunication networks, including, but not limited to:
Email mailings: to the email address specified during registration or in the Personal Account.
SMS messages: short text messages sent to the specified subscriber number of cellular communication.
Messengers: informational messages in WhatsApp, Telegram, and other instant messaging services.
Push notifications: pop-up notifications on the screens of mobile devices or in the browser of a personal computer.
Voice calls: informational and advertising calls made to the User’s phone number.

2. Content and Purposes of Mailings
Mailings are sent for the purpose of informing the User about:

• updates to the functionality of the Beksar Service and the release of new software products;
• changes to Tariff Plans, prices, and technical support terms;
• special personal offers, promotions, bonus programs, and discounts of the Partnership and its official partners;
• webinars, conferences, presentations, and other events organized by the Partnership;
• collection of opinions and feedback, including surveys on the quality of the Service, technical support, and the User’s satisfaction with the product.

3. Procedure for Withdrawing Consent
I have been informed that I have the right to withdraw this Consent at any time, either in full or in relation to certain communication channels, in the following ways:

1. Independently: by changing the notification settings in the Personal Account of the Service.
2. Through the unsubscribe button: by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in each email.
3. By written notice: by sending a free-form request to the support email address: beksar.consulting@gmail.com.

4. Term
This Consent is indefinite and remains valid from the moment it is accepted, meaning when the checkbox is ticked during registration, until it is withdrawn by the User. The Partnership undertakes to stop sending mailings within 3 (three) business days from the moment it receives the opt-out notice.

5. Special Terms
Withdrawal of Consent to receive advertising mailings does not deprive the Partnership of the right to send the User service and transactional messages necessary for fulfilling obligations under the Public Offer, such as notifications about the end of the Subscription term, invoices for payment, and messages about technical failures.
